Each testerpot is filled with Leyland Trade Vinyl Matt emulsion tinted to the colour you have selected. Leyland Trade Vinyl Matt emulsion is a high opacity, smooth, hardwearing emulsion which is touch dry in 1-2 hours. When dry the matt finish enables a clear view of the colour selected to be seen.
