Best Magnesium supplement
This is the finest magnesium supplement I have ever used. I notice a marked sense of relaxation, particularly when taken shortly before bedtime. It requires a bit of time for that build up so you can feel the benefits.

Be patient
On day 3 for my 4 year old son; he talked non stop for hours at night, (scripting, singing, talking like a broken record - saying things like eyes, nose, ears on repeat!) I was a bit worried, but read others had same experience, Tonight he is having a deep nice sleep.

Does really help with sleep
First came across this and Glycine from the same brand in James Smith’s video on sleep. Have been taking for many months now before bed and noticed a big difference in sleep quality almost straight away. Would recommend alongside his other sleep hygiene mentions.
