2 years so far, no probs
I have 2 of these, use them weekly for yard tools, keeps batteries up and had no issues. Cool your batteries before you charge or the chargers will wait til the battery cools and that takes a longer time to charge. A few minutes in front of a fan and they charge quickly. I actually could mow continually this way with three batteries with a fan and a drink break at each charge.

Charges pretty fast… highly recommend.
This was a perfect replacement for me. I never had the original charger so I can’t compare them. However, I can tell you that if you put your battery on and go do something else, you can almost bet it will be ready for you. You do t have to look at it to see if the battery is charged because the fan turns off. My charger is kept near my workbench so I know exactly when it’s done if I just work on a project. I’ve used it several times now and it’s been great. There are no signs of any wear and it appears to be nice and sturdy. No doubt I could drop it and it would continue working like new.

Awesome
This is the second charger I’ve purchased, the first one didn’t work. I called green works and got kinda frustrated with them, but Amazon allowed the return, I received my money back the same day that I took the defective charger back. No hassle. Then I purchased another one and my hubby is now a happy camper because this one works.

Works well
This charger is for our Greenworks lawn mower. We have had this c harger for a little over a month. It charges much faster than the one that came with the battery. Although, it makes a loud hum while it is charging. I have two large lawns and usually have to charge the battery between the two lawns. It used to take several hours to charge back up, now it takes only an hour to charge so I can mow both lawns in the same day now.

High pitch sound
It charged the battery fine but had a high pitch sound the whole time!

This is a new unit- not refurbished!
I bought a reconditioned blower about a year ago with a year warranty- the blower works fantastic. However, the charger was also refurbished and died after minimal use in 9 months. Fortunately, the warranty pretty much covered the cost of a new charger. This new charger is working well!
