East to use and gets the job done

Very sturdy. I could see this as a shop tool.
Very good quality and breaking a chain link was super easy, even on my Campagnolo 9 speed chain.

Strong metal, efficient usage
Works perfectly. I've rode BMX for ages and we experience catastrophic failures of our chains. Therefore, having a chain breaker keeps you from having to go home when your chain snaps under pressure. Just remove a broken link and reattach. This particular tool seems like it can endure my strength and I'll be able to use it without breaking it. Most seasoned veteran bikers know the cheap chainbreakers are easily destroyed when anyone strong uses them. The price is nice for the durability. Includes a thicker pin pusher for bigger chains, perhaps for motorcycles chains.

Worked well.
Great tool! Was able to push the pin out of the chain with no problem. Needed to clean and lubricant my bike chain and this Universal Bike Chain By Qumers did the job. You have to be careful and align the push pin up with the pin on your chain in order for it to work properly. It’s not a heavy duty pin pusher but it works well if you’re paying attention to the alignment of the pins. The chain holder works great as well.

Actually not junk
I usually buy Park tools but was significantly cheaper and I didn't really need a garage chain breaker as I have one built into my multi tool and have various other ways to break at chain in the garage. The quality of this tool is ok, not the cheapest of cheapest buy certainly nowhere near a Park tools. I like that the barrel adjuster allows you to hold any size chain tightly and ensures that the pin is pushed through while supporting the outer link and not just spreading the outer links apart. The tool comes with a spare pin and a chain holder for easy master link removal or installation

barely serviceable
Nefore I tear a ten dollar tool to shreds, let me first state that it is actually functional. You can use it for the purpose intended. Now then. This is a ten dollar tool; one shouldn't expect TOO much... but apparently even standard, accepted manufacturing practices found the world over are too much to expect from China. 1. The pins aren't made concentric with their threads, so when you turn the handle, the tip of the pin traces out a circle. On mine, this problem wasn't bad enough to prevent use. But given how automatic screw machines work, it's hard to understand how they made these pins. By hand, perhaps? One at a time? 2. The threads for the handle and anvil were scrunchy to turn. Pulled out the handle and lo, they'd plated the threads. Now that's just an amateur-hour, bozo no-no. I chased the threads with a tap (it's 9mm-1.0), added a tiny dab of silicone grease, and NOW it feels like an actual tool. 3. The chain supports are shorter and thinner / flimsier, than the very cheap (but sturdier) seatbag-sized one this is replacing. (the old one got lost) If this tool were machined from billet (LOL) I wouldn't worry, but it's a casting. At least the boy is steel (or something like it) and not zinc. 4. Too big for your seatbag, this is an at-home tool.
