I’ve been using the SIHOO M18 chair daily and I’m genuinely very satisfied with it. The build quality is excellent, everything feels solid, well-designed, and properly engineered rather than flimsy like many chairs in this price range. The chair is very comfortable, especially for long sitting sessions. The lumbar support is firm and supportive without being intrusive, and the mesh back keeps good airflow. The seat base is stable and does not wobble, which gives confidence in its durability. Assembly was straightforward and all parts fitted precisely. Once assembled, the chair feels sturdy and balanced. The adjustment options allow you to find a comfortable position easily. Overall, this chair offers excellent value for money. It feels reliable, supportive, and suitable for daily use over long periods. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality ergonomic chair without spending excessive amounts.

It's massively better than Songmic Office Chair Ergonomic OBN52BKUK, which I bought for the spare room (although one might expect all these things are built in the same warehouse and designed by the same people). Like that, the Sihoo is limited and a tad flimsy around the arms, but overall, unlike the Songmic, it's overall a more comfortable sitting upright experience. The rollerblade-style wheels, which I'd never seen before on a chair, are of particular note: combined with the chair being fairly light, it's very easy to move around, it's like gliding, even on carpet. Ultimately, it is a cheap office chair, you go into it not expecting the best build quality, but to its credit it has decent lumbar support (far better than the Ikea Markus it replaced, and the Songmics), and just as crucially, a semblence of a headrest with a decent range of movement, which the Songmics lacks entirely. Frankly, I've used far, far worse chairs in professional offices back in the Before Times. Build is pretty easy, and the package includes a spare of everything, and an actually useful allen key with a big grip. I'm hanging on to that for future reference. My only real negative, even at this price point, is that while the back recline options are limited to two additional fixed positions as may usually be the case in these types of chair, neither of them feel right: even the 2nd position is a too far back for my taste, especially given the seat reclines with it, so it lifts your feet off the floor and you have to reduce the height, which is awkward as both are controlled by a single, dual-function lever. Still, for £136, and knowing the mesh will inevitably be torn to shreds by the cat in a few years, as happened to the Markus—hence why I can't risk even a second-hand Aeron—I don't think you'll be disappointed. Have low expectations, it will beat them easily.

Great quality chair, very comfortable and easy assembled (about 15 mins) We purchased 4 of these chairs for our office. They arrived very quickly. We purchased these as some complained about back issues with our old seats & these ones give great support and seating position with adjustable back support head rest etc. They are of very good quality and build, they where a little low for our taller staff so we contacted customer support to see if they could advise on anything. They were brilliant, replied straight away and advised they could send out a higher gas lifter free of charge. We received these a few days later, fitted them and they did the job perfectly. Everyone is more than happy with there new chair. We can not fault these chairs or the level of support that was offered and delt with from SIHOO. Best customer support we have ever had! Would definitely recommend these office chairs.

It arrived 6 days before the expected delivery date, which was a really nice surprise. Assembly was really simple and I managed it by myself before I started work in around 15 minutes, there was a pair of mesh gloves to protect my fingers from the pre-greased bolts which was a nice additional extra. I bought this chair for its adjustability and I’m really pleased with it in that regard. Just about everything is adjustable and I found my ideal seating position really quickly, although I’ll probably tweak it over time. I’ve never had back pain so I can’t comment on its effect in that way but I can say confidently that I feel very supported and it definitely promotes good posture. The adjustable lumbar support is brilliant and feels really nice. The headrest is also really nice to lean back on and I can see it being really nice for lunch time naps with the seat reclined. The seat is nice and firm without being hard and feels like it will last a long time. One thing I’ve noticed is that on a hard floor, the wheels turn almost too freely, meaning that if I apply even a tiny bit of forward pressure with my feet on the floor, I slide away from my desk, but it’s not a major issue. Overall, I’m really pleased and I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra money on a second hand Herman Miller.

Very comfortable chair with well packed item i love it !

VERY quick shipment. The delivery took only 4 days Instead of 12 – 21 as the delivery notification indicated. Very easy to assemble. Expect 30 minutes and you can take it easy. Mount the parts in a large place and then move the finished chair where you want it in two parts, bottom part and top, it is quite easy. The chair is quite comfortable with the nice lumber support as a plus. The slope of the backrest did not work at first, the latch had locked in on position. After some trickery, it let go and now it works. The only negative thing is that it cannot be raised any more. I’m 190+ cm and think it is in the too low even fully raised. I'll will try to find wheels that are higher, would need 5 cm extra. How it lasts over time is hard to say but the construction is robust and well made so I have good hope.

J'utilise cette chaise de bureau ergonomique depuis maintenant 1 an, et voici mon retour d'expérience : Points positifs : Facilité de montage : Le montage était rapide et simple, j'ai pu assembler la chaise en moins de 30 minutes, avec des instructions claires et un outil fourni. Confort du dossier et assise : Le dossier est respirant, ce qui est un gros plus, surtout lors de longues journées. L'assise est bien rembourrée, offrant un confort qui tient sur la durée. Support lombaire réglable : Le support lombaire ajustable est un vrai bonus. Il s'adapte bien à la courbure naturelle du dos et m'a aidé à réduire les douleurs. Accoudoirs réglables : Les accoudoirs sont réglables en hauteur, ce qui permet de bien s'aligner avec le bureau. Inclinaison ajustable : Le mécanisme d'inclinaison est fluide et permet de basculer légèrement vers l'arrière pour un moment de détente sans être trop rigide. Les roues : Très bonne qualité, aucun bruit depuis un an, la poussière ne s'incruste pas dessus Points négatifs : Assise un peu ferme pour certains : Bien que confortable pour moi, certains utilisateurs pourraient trouver l'assise un peu trop ferme pour de très longues heures d'utilisation. Taille des utilisateurs : La chaise est parfaite pour moi (1m80), mais elle pourrait ne pas convenir aux personnes plus grandes ou plus petites. Conclusion : Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente chaise de bureau ergonomique pour son prix, surtout si vous cherchez quelque chose de confortable avec un bon support pour les longues sessions de travail. Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés, mais rien de rédhibitoire. Je la recommande pour ceux qui passent de longues heures à leur bureau et recherchent un soutien ergonomique.
