Baby had extreme cradle cap for months, with large, waxy plaques that seemed firmly attached to scalp. After trying the combination of Mustela Foam Shampoo and the Frida Baby 3-Step Cradle Cap System, the results were transformative. I used the Mustela shampoo three times over a five-day period, allowing it to sit for about two minutes before rinsing. No strong scent. The shampoo helped soften the buildup, but the real game-changer was the Frida Baby comb. It was able to get right down to the scalp and gently lift away the thick waxy flakes that had been stuck for months. I intentionally spaced the treatments apart to avoid irritating baby’s scalp, and that approach worked well. If you’re on a tight budget, you could probably achieve similar results with a standard fine-tooth comb, though the Frida Baby system made the process easier and more efficient. My only regret is not purchasing these products sooner. After months of feeling rough patches and buildup, I finally get to feel my child’s soft scalp again. Highly recommend for stubborn cradle cap that just won’t budge.

I was not convinced cradle cap needed any special treatments but a few weeks of coconut oil and brushing didn't seem to be having much of an effect. While I was initially skeptical of this product, it worked very well for our baby. She never seemed to have any sensitivity or discomfort to it. After a few applications (maybe a week or so), there was notable improvement in cradle cap. We now use this twice weekly and it keeps the cradle cap at bay! Minimal smell and the foam is very easy to spread and apply on baby's head. Am a fan!

This worked great on my baby with long thick hair and dandruff/cradle cap. You don't need as much as you think. No skin or scalp irritation with 1-2x weekly use. The scent isn't pleasant- it doesn't smell bad, and the odor is mild, but it definitely doesn't smell nice, it smells like chemicals. Rinses well from hair, leaves no residue, hair does not seem dry. When used in appropriate quantity and rinsed into bath water, bath water splashed in baby's eyes did not bother her. It is on the pricy side but on par with similar products.

This was the 3rd newborn shampoo that we tried for dry skin/cradle cap. Wish we would’ve just started here. It’s absolutely perfect. I wish they had bigger bottles, we do use a lot of it cause he’s a pretty hairy baby but it works so well. We have noticed a massive difference in a super short period of time, maybe a few weeks. Lifesaver.

This works, but you have to follow instructions. Leave it on for 1-2 minutes then use the Frida brush set and after a few sessions it’s almost gone! I’m not a fan of the smell though. It smells like when you color your hair. I don’t mind it since I won’t be using it long term just to clear the dry scalp up. 🙂

Wonderful! Got rid of my son’s cradle cap in 2 washes and it hasn’t come back. This stuff is so gentle and minimal ingredients. Will always use!

Hilft sehr gut dabei, Milchschorf sanft zu entfernen. Trocknet die Haut nicht aus, riecht angenehm und ist sehr mild zu Babys Haut und Haaren. Wir sind zufrieden.
