Is the tablet totally secure and not likely to fall out

It is a magnetic cover. Holds the tablet and the stylus. The tablet is pretty securely attached. The cover doesn't have edges/ protect the sides of the device particularly so if you are giving it to kids to use / are at risk of dropping it lots you might want something sturdier. Having said that my 7 and 9 yr old use it fine (they have been trained to be careful and to show respect to their belongings from a young age!). I've not had issues with the tablet falling out myself. It's a very neat and compact cover. Good quality and I think will last - we've had to replace cheaper/ non Samsung covers on a previous device. I like it. Hope this helps!

To the best of my knowledge this is the real thing. It's certainly excellent quality, my partner is delighted with it and she's not easy to please!
