Wrong product issued
I absolutely love this product. Removes every stain including magic marker. However I was sent wrong product this time. Returned but reordered for what I needed.

I got ripped off
Shame on Ecosense for selling diluted PRESPOT ready to use 8oz bottle for the same price as PRESPOT 4X in 8oz bottle. Over $20.00 for 8 oz. They look alike and I ordered the wrong one. Now instead of the ability to make 32 ounces I will have 8 ounces already diluted with a 10cent scrubber on the top. Rufus says the Prespot with scrubber is the product already diluted. I will not buy this product anymore. Very deceptive marketing.

Love! Keep it stocked up!
Gets out all kinds of stains, even set in ones. This is a must have having children and baseball stained clothes. Works great! Kind of expensive but well worth it.
