Cheap hardware - 10% of the screws broke at the head so pretty worthless. Recommend drilling out the pre drilled holes to remove tension.

When the box arrived noticeably retaped, it should have been a clue. Assembly instructions contained no text, and the hardware inventory visual did not match hardware sent. Even the drawings did not match the unit sent, some things needed to be intuitively figured out to assemble. Many tools required--the Allen wrench was pathetic for the task, and some of the wooden pre-drilled holes were crooked and made assembly impossible with tools and hardware provided. It's up--and usable--but agree with other reviews that assembly is a bear and the weight-bearing of the attachment should not exceed too much weight.

Low quality, hard to assemble, parts damaged

No problems with installation and assembly so far. Looks solid. Thank you.

Feels cheap

The wood itself is good quality, but the screws were light-weight and bent when trying to screw them into studs. We were also missing two nuts and it was going to take way too long for them to send, so we had to buy them ourselves. Also, the ladder was crooked because the side supports were not cut the same length, so the top looks straight and the bottom looks a little crooked. Attention to detail is needed.
