will I be able to see the tiny fine hairs on the face doing electrolyses? other concern is falling of as I work always facing down

Thank you for your question. According to the product details of use; For close up work: focus distance of 16 inches. They aren't too heavy so they shouldn't fall off your face if looking downward, but may slip slightly.

Will these work for focusing more than 16 inches away? Say 24 to 36 inches?

They are meant for work within 16" from the glasses. However they still may serve the purpose you need them for. You could also look into the MaxTV, they are great for 10' plus, but could still work for you. Another suggestion we have is to contact Eschenbach directly and they could advise you on what might be best.
