First of all the product was given an arrival date of 3/6 or beyond, and it arrived 3/1. The railing was well packaged and had plastic corners protecting on all 4 corners at each end of the shipping box. The railing came in 2 pieces which were individually wrapped in bubble wrap. The 3 wall mounting brackets were individually wrapped with bubble wrapping as were the screws to mount them with. There weren’t any how to directions, but it’s pretty obvious how to install.

These hand rails are the best quality I have encountered of all of that I have purchased so far on Amazon. This is my 5th attempt to find something that wasn't cheap, flimsy, small in diameter, and damaged. They were awesome to work with. Definitely worth the money. I have ordered from 4 other vendors on here and returned them all. These are the best you can find. They meet code, are wrapped to protect during shipping, have all parts needed to mount, and the distributor is awesome to work with. Spend the extra and get quality!!!!!!

This railing is sturdy and looks great. We used it for our garage stairway - to provide a better grip and stability for a visitor who needed a secure railing to grasp. Fits hand well.

We were surprised how well this item was made and how easy it was to install. We absolutely love it and it has made our slippery stairwell a much safer place to be!

Great product and sturdy!

It took me longer to open the well sealed box than to assemble the parts of this stair rail. There were no directions for assembly: but there are three short pipes that screw into the three elbows on the railing. The railing comes in two pieces (my rail was one of the longer ones: the shorter ones probably come as one). Once the short pieces are attached to the elbows, the plate is easily screwed onto the rails...then its screw in time. I did not need a second person: I marked the wall with a pencil that I held at my side like I was using the rail. From there, I only did one screw at the lowest point and pivoted the highest into position after verifying the height as I went up the stairs. Again, I screwed in only one screw. This pivot point was helpful for one installer. Once I was satisfied with the location I used all the rest of the screws.
