Definitely worth the money, kept me nice and warm camping in winter.

I actually use these for the bottom of my lower back....they are good and the heat lasts all day.... I found them uncomfortable, when placed across my neck area (as suggested use) - they didn't seem to stick for long here... But I definitely recommend them for lower back pain.

I purchased these to help with neck and shoulder pain. They are a good length even for a man depending on area of application and pain. You need to peel off the cover layer, stick to a layer of clothing such as underwear, t shirt etc. Be prepared to wait about 15 minutes for the heat to come through, but when it does it's fairly warm and certainly helps to relax the muscles. The heat lasts about 5 or 6 hours in my experience, although not at peak level for the whole period of time. Overall, a good product at a reasonable price.

Works well. Heats up fast and adheres solidly to clothing. Have had problems with other brands with not sticking properly to clothes and the heat not very well or finishing too soon. I like that these in their range are shaped. Eg the shoulder and back ones. Are nice size, so get to pain more.

These pads did not stay warm for more than 5 to 6 hours. Not worth the money

Was a little hesitant at first, because these patches stick to your clothing, I have a shoulder pain that just makes riding my motorbike so uncomfortable, I was planning a ride up to John O Groats via the Isle of Sky from the Midlands, and seriously I had no pain, on some days I was in the saddle for 10 Hrs at a time on some days, brilliant product, would pay double the price, seriously, best pain patches I have ever used.

These take a lot longer than 15 minutes to heat and barely get hotter than a luke warm tea. Very disappointed, especially since we tried two thinking it was a dud.

After trying some warmers from a more widely known brand which I found to be totally ineffective, I tried these. What caught my eye was the fact that these cover a larger area than most. On trying them I found that they also gave more heat. Very impressed, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.
