Bob’s great quality
I’ve been using this product for 15 years in my gluten-free baking mixes. It’s got great flavor and is a good grind. Bob’s is my go to for gluten-free baking ingredients. I am completely gluten intolerant, and depend heavily on their quality control to provide me with a fully certified gluten-free flour product. This sorghum flour behaves in baked goods the way it ought to especially with regard to moisture uptake.

This + BRM Sorghum Flour = AMAZING GF Sourdough!
In addition to BRM Sorghum flour, this rice flour is an amazing addition to add to your sourdough starter! I usually order when I am in a pinch and can't reasonably make it to the grocery store on time, and it never disappoints.

Good product; Bad Amazon shipping
I'm not a professional reviewer. I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff. When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon. I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon. The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.
