Could i put this in food and drink like a yougurt or squash?

Yes I put it in squash, milk, porridge etc and my very discerning toddler who can spot any subversive manoeuvre a mile off, Is yet to notice! It has quite a natural taste compared to others we've used so blends well.

Do you really need to wash the dropper each time? It is such a faff and I really can’t understand why if you just use and put back immediately. Thanks

if you drip your vitamins onto a small spoon and not stain in one’s mouth i.e. dropper isn’t licked/left on the kitchen counter/floor/ other dirty surfaces, therefore no bacteria gets on it and no bacteria in the bottle! I wouldn’t worry about it!

Why is this only up to age 5? I'd like my daughter to keep using it but she is 6 now. What's the alternative?

I think it's because over 5s should get enough vitamin D from sunlight. That's all. It wouldn't do any harm to to still give the supplements. I take vitamin D too!!
