I've been using Boost products for several years now and have tried Mocha, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and now Caramel. Miss Mocha but both the Chocolate and Vanilla are good. Strawberry isn't bad but tastes the most like artifical flavoring. The newest flavor, Caramel is actually one of the very best. not overly sweet but creamy and able to cover up any vitamin notes. I like to drink one for breakfast, 20 grams of protein provides a decent amount, more than 2 eggs and 2 stips of bacon, or a bowl of oatmeal and half a cup of milk. One of the ingredients is vegetable oil, probably as a carrier for the oil-soluable vitamins, (A, D, E), but it adds a bit more calories than I like at 250. Another positive tradeoff. no artifical sweetners so no bitter aftertaste. The price has gone up, but still rating this highly for taste, nutritional value and great portability.

Good product great taste worth the money

I need a nutrition drink to fill in those gaps or for a quick breakfast replacement on those mornings that my medication makes me nauseous. This stuff tastes amazing (almost too good) and has none of the chalkiness that I’ve experienced from other brands. Love the protein content as it leaves me feeling satisfied, considering it’s only an 8oz drink. Will buy again

This is a tasty high protein drink with fiber to avoid constipation and appropriately balanced vitamins and minerals intended to serve as a healthy source of protein and nutrients for those who have trouble chewing or eating a regular diet or are diabetic or overweight or underweight or recovering from surgery or bedridden. It does taste chalky compared to its better known competitor.

Boost is excellent.. i get the chocolate... it contains vitamins and minerals, without that strong vitamin taste.. I'm anemic and need iron. This is the best tasting supplement I've purchased. So, having an iron deficiency, its been a life saver for me... much easier than iron infusions. Sooo glad i found this on Amazon. Plus, Amazon charges much less than other stores.

My wife and I are always on the move. She is a stay at home mom of three and finds these are a great alternative in the morning when she is running around. This is a great deal and the taste is far better most other protein drinks.
