Fits the light just fine. I have an Olight as well. It fits my Leatherman Wave but not my Surge. In comparison: closed length should be OK. Check the width (flat side): OK if around 1 and 1/8 inch, and depth (side): OK with 3/4 inch. This is my Wave dimensions. It's a very snug fit. Won't fall off and easy enough to deploy.
