great nori sub
My partner doesn't like nori but loves sushi so using this is a great compromise. They are just thick enough to be durable but not so much they are hard to work with and have a really mild taste so it lets the sushi shine! if you are looking for a durable soy wrap that doesnt fall apart id go with these.

I love soy paper for everything sushi. My favorite sushi place would always use this instead of nori. Seems like no one sells it in person anymore, so Amazon is the best place. Pink is my favorite flavor of all the papers. Highly recommend!

Add flare to your sushi presentation
I got these to add some color and flare to my home sushi creations. They are great for that purpose. Nothing like serving this to the family and getting compliments on the presentation. Well worth the cost.
