I knew this would take up to 3 months to arrive, but the photos were so pretty I figured they would be worth the wait. They were not. The boxes were crushed from being packed in flimsy packaging. That's a bummer, but it can be overlooked, I know the mail isn't exactly gentle on boxes. The picture on the box is grainy, but again, that's not a huge deal - I can still put the puzzles together with a low quality photo on the box. But the puzzles themselves were terrible. They're thin and flimsy, but worst of all, the puzzle pieces themselves are grainy. The photo on the pieces is pixelated, like it was a small image badly blown up before it was printed onto the puzzle. It's 100% the worst quality enlargement I've ever seen. I can't tell the pieces apart from all the pixelation. I was disappointed, so I contacted the company and asked if got a bad batch or something. I asked if I could return for a refund, or get a replacement that wasn't grainy and pixelated. They sent me a 20% refund and stopped answering my emails. I see now that the price has dropped to $8 for all 4 - When I bought them 3 months ago it was $30. Please don't waste your hard earned money on these like I did.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. These puzzles are so cheaply made that it is unbearable to put them together. Every single middle piece is IDENTICALLY cut and the pieces are effectively the thickness of a sheet of paper. The pieces also arrived peeling apart and some weren't cut all the way through. I contacted the vendor for a refund/return and they refused any action for the damaged, terrible product. Horrible product and horrible customer service. Please spare yourself the pain and suffering and just don't buy anything from this company (Glxzhi).

Beautiful puzzle but poor quality. Puzzles pieces were thin and one of the puzzle had duplicate pieces but missing other pieces. Not worth it even though it was a good price for four puzzles.

These puzzles are cheaply made -- the pieces are paper thin and the image itself is pixelated. This is very much a lesson in "you get what you pay for." Will I complete each of the puzzles? Yes, probably, or at least I will try. When I bought this 4-pack, it cost something like $28.50, so I did expect them to be poorer quality compared with high-quality puzzles like Ravensburger brand. Positive: they did come the first day of my delivery window (July 2, the window was July 2-24). There doesn't seem to be any issue in the way the pieces were cut, and they do stick together just fine (see pic). So, I mean, I gave 2 stars because these puzzles are still doable and they arrived earlier in my delivery window (seems like that is not the case for most people) but no way will I purchase anything but a Ravensburger in the future. :P

1. Puzzles took over a month to be delivered. By the time they arrived, I had forgotten I had ordered them. 2. Puzzles have an odd smell when you first open the boxes and I sneezed a lot when I shuffled through the pieces. 3. PUZZLES ARE BLURRY! I never knew the importance of a crisp, clear photo for a puzzle until I got these. The back of the puzzle has it sectioned off and I had to complete parts of the puzzle from the back. Very frustrating. I will be donating these puzzles without even opening two of them.

Very pretty puzzles. Shipping time took MONTHS to get to me. Also, first puzzle I did is missing 3 pieces and some pieces are bent and flimsy so fitting them in is difficult

We bought this puzzle thinking we would get a great bang for your buck, but we quickly realized we bought a very poor product. We are very avid puzzle builders and have done 2000 piece puzzles easily. This was an awful puzzle. The only good thing is we got several puzzles for a good price. The bad things about this are that the pieces aren’t unique and all of them can fit in to almost any piece. The colors and shading are poor as you can’t even tell them apart. The material is very flimsy and they don’t stay together. Overall, I would recommend you buy a puzzle elsewhere.
