Support!
I absolutely love these inserts and replace them roughly every 6 to 8 months. I work on my feet for 8 hours a day, which involves significant walking, squatting, pulling pallets, and climbing ladders. While my New Balance shoes are great, I noticed that over time, my knees, heels, arches, and sciatica would flare up. These inserts have been a true lifesaver. I use them in all my sneakers, and they've honestly relieved all the associated pain. My feet and legs no longer feel fatigued the way they used to. Before discovering these, I used to struggle to walk after waking up from an overnight shift nap due to severe pain from my feet to my lower back. These inserts solved that problem entirely. They are definitely worth the money, but keep an eye out—they go on sale once or twice a year for around $40. If they work for you, I recommend grabbing a couple of pairs. Quality : Great! Size: if you wear women's shoes you may have to trim a little. I wear men's new balance shoes size 8.5 wide width so they fit perfectly. Thickness: hard shell underneath and padding on top. Does it's job! May take a few days to get used to but you don't notice after a bit.

Great insoles
These fit my shoes at 7.5US perfectly. And for me, they offer a stability and support that kind of cushions the already cushiony shoes. I was told that they will last you about 500 miles before you start to feel the degradation of the support. I'm not sure about that, but I do know that I can wear shoes every day with these insoles and go for about 9 months. I am very active but I do not jog.

Great insoles for women’s hiking shoes.
Very easy to customize to my size. For perfectly in my shoes. Extra cushioning and support make my hiking shoes much more comfortable. I plan to by another pair for my other hiking shoes.

Good quality
Giving 5 stars even though I had to return this item. I require a higher arch support. These are great insoles and fit multiple shoes, without trimming, as I tried them in new balance, ryka and white mountain shoes. The arch support is sufficient for someone who has a normal arch. My foot arch is on the higher side

Absolutely yes
I have eds hyper mobile and my arches collapse completely when I walk. These have made such a difference in the pain in my knees in just two days. Paired with very nice work boots they have changed my life. Oh and I work at ups on floor loading trucks for six hours non stop in steel toes. Ladies if yall want some good work boots, wolverine 6in floor hand steel toes. By far the best combo with these soles!

Soft and supportive
I have plantar fasciitis and inserts are essential in all my shoes. These worked well.

No arch support
These insoles were very hard with no cushion to them. I purchased them for the arch support and there was none. They were definitely not what I had hoped for.

and orange) to help with better heel positioning and arch support while running than the ...
I have used a variety of SuperFeet inserts before (berry, blue, and orange) to help with better heel positioning and arch support while running than the flimsy factory insoles that most sneakers come with, and they all seemed to work about the same. However, I broke my left ankle last year and had developed a stone bruise/Morton's neuroma on the ball of my right foot, so I selected the inserts more carefully this time for maximum support and cushioning while getting back into running and building up my speed and endurance again. The berry claimed to offer maximum cushioning for high impact activities, and since I run entirely on concrete/asphalt, I selected these. Plus, as a female athlete and Marine, I'm tired of buying and wearing men's products and wanted these "women's fit" inserts. Unfortunately, I ran for about a month in these, and I could still feel the impact of the pavement on my feet, and they did not seem to offer as much arch support as I needed. Rather than buy new sneakers, which were only a couple months old, I opted to try the orange men's inserts, and they did the trick. They offer noticeably thicker forefoot padding, better heel cupping, and better arch support. I can run comfortably on concrete in the sneakers I own with the orange inserts in, and I'm running 18-25 miles per week with a midfoot strike. I moved the berry inserts to my hiking boots, and they do a good job in there for providing arch support while hiking.
