do the screw fit tunnels screw into the trappers?

No it does not, it just push through

Help my tunnel got stuck trying to screw it off my ear . what do i do it wont twist?

I am no professional or expert, but you may have to go to a body piercer, or seek medical attention, if it has been cross threaded, But do it at your own risk and maybe use pliers, or sometimes I just throw on a pair of latex gloves and it gives me some extra friction to grip it and comes right off, sorry for your situation. But it shouldn't be torqued down that tight.

I'm having a difficult time going from 2g to 0g. Any advice? I have had the 2g in for 2 months.

you can either buy 1g glass plugs online as an in between stretch. or you can begin taping w PTFE tape, there are good youtube videos about how to tape. i’m currently taping at 2g rn and it’s going great

are the tapers usa made

I doubt it, as majority of stuff can say made in usa and is still made overseas nowadays, especially items from amazon, unless its a small known business. I would advise to do research before buying any item.
