I loved the product, the material of the mat is very soft, it has the perfect dimensions for yoga. I am very happy that I bought it.

Nice thick mat, but very cheaply made. It actually came with some dents and chunks of material missing from it.

I got this as a backup mate to leave at my parents. This is as a cheaper alternative to my high end ones that cost triple this one. This was is so much more grippy (like, doesn't move AT ALL, grippy)! This is perfect for doing yoga/Pilates workouts in my room where I have little less place.

I like to exercise outside ，so I can breathe the fresh air，this mat is thick enough to be outside of the deck ，it’s firm enough to cushion ，but soft enough to be comfy，I picked the black one ，I think the black one is not easy to see the dirt，it come with a nice bag， it’s easy to carry and stored，and it’s very light weight．

The yoga mat is a little bit more expensive than other mats, but it is much more thicker, so it can provide much better support. If you need good support, definitely would recommend this one.
