When it is “framed” what does that mean exactly? Is the canvas stretched onto wood? Does it come with an actual frame??

Hi A. Morgan, Thanks for asking your question. We offer ALL of our designs in (3) variations. 16" x 20" Unframed (comes with a rolled canvas NO wrinkles). 12" x 16" Framed canvas (pre-framed canvas w/ easel included). 16" x 20" Framed canvas (pre-framed canvas w/ easel included). Hope this helps! Ledgebay Customer Support

When it is “framed” what does that mean exactly? Is the canvas stretched onto wood? Does it come with an actual frame??

Hi Sandra, Yes, our Pre-Framed Paint By Number kits come with a canvas already stretched and mounted to a frame. Ready to paint and hang up for display. Hope this helps! Thanks! -Ken Ledgebay

Why is there shading on parts of the canvas-are we not supposed to paint those sections (I have the starry night version)?

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your question. Yes, if there is already a light grey ink on a section of the canvas you do not need to apply paint. Hope this helps! Ken Ledgebay

Can I get extra paints for this painting? I don't see them on the store site.

Hi Katarthere, Thanks for asking your question. Yes, we do sell extra paint sets for the Adult Paint By Number Kits. Here is a direct link to our Amazon web store, look on the "Extra Paint Set" page. If we are in stock they will be visible. https://www.amazon.com/ledgebay Hope this helps! Thanks! -Ken Ledgebay
