Fundamentally, it's quite similar to the Philips sonicare. It has 3 frequencies. Frequency 2 and 3 have 3 amplitudes each. Frequency 1 has just 1 amplitude, the low amplitude. Amplitudes are low, medium, and high. The main thing compared to the sonicare is better fit and finish. The handle is matte, and has two flat sides and two rounded sides, so its easier to grip compared to the smoother, round sonicare. The curaprox is more minimalistic designed, so it looks better but takes a bit of intution or reading of the manual, for how to change the power settings. The 30 second timer is a musical fifth interval with the brushes vibrations. The bigger improvements over the sonicare are the brush head shape, brush material, angled brush head, and handle being easier to grip. The curaprox frequencies seem to go higher than the sonicare, but maybe I'm not using it correctly. Its the one labelled with 3 labelled modes, but it's not a smart one I think. It has 2011 on the bottom of the body. On my teeth, the curaprox pro brush head gets tooth to tooth cleaning better, and in between teeth easier, and the back of mouth too. It feels 'gentler' than the Philips because the brush shape and head shape fits each tooth better. The outside bristles are raised, and those get interdental surfaces, but not all the way between teeth that floss does. Compared to the curaprox manual, they both have their own uses. It's easier for me to get in very deep interdental spaces with the curaprox manual, so I will still use that. But I do like it more than the Sonicare. Not a lot of reviews on this product, but I had good experiences with their extra soft and velvet and succulus manual brushes compared to Oral B and Colgate. It's pretty expensive though, so try a sonicare or try a curaprox manual, and see if you like it. The electric bristle size is slightly slightly coarser than their extra softer bristle diameter.

This toothbrush is soft and gentle for my sensitive gums. It is worth the money.

This is simply awesome. Due to COVID and two 1,000+ miles moves, I was unable to get an appointment for a checkup and cleaning for about 1 1/2 years. And I paid the price for that - two crowns and my first root canal. You can bet I was going to do whatever it took to ensure that doesn’t happen again. As part of my effort, I gave up my toothbrush (another big brand electric/sonic one that I think is a fairly decent product). And I bought this toothbrush. WOW! I was immediately blown away and I’m still in awe. This does an amazing job cleaning your teeth. It is incredibly fast (read the specs) and leaves your teeth feeling like you just left the dentist. If you’re one of those lucky people who has only had 1 or 2 fillings in your life, you don’t need this. But, if you’re like me and you have had fillings in a lot of teeth since childhood (despite exercising very good dental hygiene), this is what you’re looking for and you will be happy you held your breath and paid the price. I honestly could not recommend it more. It is easily one of the best things I’ve bought in my 71 years of life.

As someone who had never used an electric toothbrush it took me a while to get used to it, however I suffer from periodontal disease and I find the tiny brush very practical and gentle for the gums. the battery lasts quite a lot, I charge it every month and a half (brushing twice a day) - (I dont take it to the office I use another Curaprox for that) Ofc is pricey but as someone who has issues with her gums I think is very very gentle and good.

Very disappointed with quality especially for that price . Had 2 models and both couldn’t last more than 2 years. Never again.

Bought both white and black color versions. Very happy with both, except that the power on/off button fell off the black toothbrush 6 months later. I reached out to customer service, got prompt response, and since the toothbrush was under warranty, they sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service for a great product! We also love the manual toothbrushes from Curaprox.

I have been fighting gum rescission and bone loss for decades. As the gum line recedes, it is very hard to get a toothbrush to clean it without damaging the remaining tissue. This is particularly a problem with electric toothbrushes. While I have found the water pic to be helpful there are limits on what it can achieve. I decided to take a chance on this product and have been extremely pleased with the results. I use the traditional looking brush heads some, but the single head is the great application. It is one bunch of fine bristles so tightly packed that it looks solid. They vibrate at a very high rate to achieve the the cleaning effect. With the angled head it is easy to run along the gum line and cleans terrifically without any discomfort to the tissue at all. I have tried essentially all of the various electronic brushes out there, and find this one to be far and away the best. It is not cheap, but what's it worth to keep your teeth or, for that matter, to go to the periodontist. I give this product the highest possible recommendation.

This tooth brush was recommended by my hygienist, and am I happy I got it!!! I just had my regular scheduled cleaning and was so relieved when hygienist mentioned how much better my gums look and how well they reacted to the cleaning…….less bleeding!!! 😁

Eines Vorweg: Das ist die beste Zahnbürste, die ich je Bisher habe ich meine Zähne nur mit der Hand geputzt. In Ausnahmefällen habe ich auf meine alte elektrische zurückgegriffen. Das waren bisher immer welche von den bekannten Herstellern.Die Ergebnisse waren für mich und meinen Zahnarzt immer in Ordnung. Seit ca. 5 Jahren setzt sich aufgrund meines hohen Kaffeekonsums etwas mehr Zahnstein ab. Der Belag wurde immer in einer Sondersitzung von dem Arzt entfernt. Nach der letzten Sitzung empfahl mir mein Arzt die CURAPROX Hydrosonic PRO. Allerdings brauchte ich ein halbes Jahr, bis ich mir die Bürste kaufte. Die Zahnbürste kam gut verpackt an. Hier hätte man etwas an der Plastikverpackung sparen können. Es wurden 3 Bürsten mitgeliefert. -Die Bedienungsanleitung ist kurz und sehr verständlich verfasst. -Das Design empfinde ich als sehr angenehm. Der Ladezustand wird mit einem blauen LED Streifen angezeigt -Das Gewicht der elektrischen Zahnbürste ist sehr gering (Lithium Ionen?). -Das Aufstecken der Bürstenkopfes ist sehr einfach. -Die leicht gekrümmte Borstenkopfform ist, wie sich beim Putzen herausstellte, ideal für meine Zähne. Einfach genial. -Das Ladegerät ist mit einem USB-Stecker versehen. Die Bürste kann ich an jedem USB Stecker laden. Das ist sehr praktisch -Das Umschalten in die anderen Frequenzen des Ultraschalls funktioniert sehr gut und wird auch hör- u. fühlbar angezeigt. -Das Ende des Putzvorganges wird ebenfalls durch einen Ton und durch eine Vibration angezeigt. Zum Putzen. Mir kam es so vor, als wenn die Bürste sehr wenig Wasser benötigt. Ich empfand das Gefühl auf den Zähnen als angenehm. Mir gefallen nur 3 Frequenzen des Ultraschalls. Die anderen 3 Frequenzen erzeugen bei mir ein Kitzelgefühl. Hier findet jeder bestimmt die richtige Frequenz für sich. Währende des Putzens bemerkte ich bereits, wie der bereits wieder vorhandene Zahnstein sich löste. Wahnsinn! Das hat bisher noch keine Zahnbürste geschafft. Ich bin schon nach den beiden ersten Putzvorgängen total begeistert. Diese Zahnbürste ist jeden Cent Wert.

Have actually had this for well over 12 months now..Needs charging overnight approx every 5-7 days (if used on highest power) ..Curaprox was recommended by my hygienist as it has so many filaments..I originally used their manual brush until I saw this electronic one..I believe this to be much better than my previous equally and more expensive electric brushes..The design is easy to hold and small brush head size, shape and number of filaments make for easy and precise use and give a great clean..my mouth health has definitely improved, and I wouldn’t go back to one of the other brush styles now.. Comes with an interdental brush also..The usb and 2-pin plug mean it can be easily used whilst travelling.

It cleans my teeth so well. Not too strong, not too week. The brush heads are small but big enough to cover the tooth. One full charge can be used around for 5 days. Such a nice case to traveling. Highly recommended.
