BEWARE - CAP IS PEOPLE-PROOF
I love the product, however, the packaging is DREADFUL. They added a lovely lavender oil, BUT never addressed the cap issue. Others complained before ME. I spent nearly 20 minutes trying to get the CAP off with a SEARATED steak knife. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME. I am not weak and I do exercise, but this cap is people-proof, unless you're a Soma wrestler. Please address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
