Im 6’1-120lbs, what size should i buy id like to be able to tuck it into my pants as well?

I like the XL size I got. I’m 5’8 @ 185lbs. My chest is about a 45 w/36 waist. I’m comfortable in this shirt, it’s roomy, but my neck is on the fat side at 17. I wear a size Large in a print t-shirt, if that helps. At 120 lbs. perhaps a a Medium might do, but know your suit jacket size and go from there. It’s a quality shirt. Take care

Can this shirt be washed in a regular hot water wash?

I have the grey one with black pockets and it never gave me an issue in the wash no matter what i put it on
