Easy to snap to activate the cold press. I wish the cold would last longer

Great for on the go or sports
Purchased for travel sports and they do exactly what we need them to do. They get cold quickly, under a minute, and stay cold for a good half hour. Easily transportable and they don't seem to "accidentally" activate when they're in a sports bag.

Great to have around
These instant ice packs are wonderful to have around. Not only in the first aid box, but during the summer when watching ball games or if the kids get overheated. I’ve not had any issues with leaking. This is a nice size for a twisted ankle and flexible like a ziplock bag. Gave some to family members to keep handy. I keep one in the van for “just in case” times. Never know when it might be needed.

Very handy - just don’t last long
Used these while flying after knee surgery and they were a lifesaver at airports and on the plane when my knee had to stay bent for long periods. The packs arrived perfectly sealed and activated fine every time. They do get properly cold — just not for very long (about 5 minutes max), so I went through quite a few during each flight. Still, they were way more convenient than trying to use a cup of ice or cold soda bottle on a plane. I’d wrap 2 over my knee with a crepe bandage and it definitely helped. Great for travel/emergency use, just wish they stayed cold longer.

Difficult to activate and contain few ingredients required to make the pack cold.
The worst I’ve ever used. I purchased 6”x9” to use for an injury. I like to keep a case of instant ice packs available for emergencies. Let me put it this way, after purchasing these ice packs to keep on hand for emergencies, it felt emergent that I should go back to the others that I had last used, Cardinal 5”x9” instant cold packs. These were difficult to activate. The bag was the right size but the small amount of contents within the bag was an insult to this consumer. They do not stay cold very long at all. Because they are cold for a very short time do’t expect to obtain much relief.

These cold packs work great for instant relief. Icy cold in a few seconds. Wrapping helps cold last longer.
