The frequency repsonse throughout the range is smooth and true. I compare it to a Dynaudio bm6mkiii and these definitely compare favourably. I did not expect this level of clarity and stereo precision. The bass response is fantastic and tight...not flabby. Mid range is smooth and somewhat less in your face as you would expect from the Dynaudio. Hi end is also smooth and seems to be pleasant and non fatiguing. These are a real value and I use them as a secondary reference which I am sure will prove to be highly effective for mix reference. Highly recommended at the bargain they are at.
