Works perfectly with my Sangoma S505 desktop VOIP phone (using the RJ09 (01) cord provided). The headset fits my larger sized head. Can hear clients perfectly and they can hear me just as well. Would recommend. Comfy earpiece too.

Perfect for work—no more kinked neck holding the phone against my shoulder while typing!! Snaps apart easily so you can walk away without taking it off. Clear sounds…even your breath is audible so the volume can be lowered along with your voice. And their voice is heard without static. They say I sound good too.

Needs more cushion on the ear piece. Becomes uncomfortable if needed over 8 hrs.

Works great, comfortable, and good sound quality. It was somewhat difficult to set up and can't use the phone receiver while headset is connected. But I like using it so far.

Sometimes this device does not allow audio out, I am not sure why. Sometimes the audio in is not clear.

I bought this for my job; I'm a supervisor at a call center, and I have to take a few calls from time to time. The connector for the headset is the standard quick-disconnect, and it comes with an adapter to plug into your office phone. Always nice to have an extra one laying around. This headset is no different than the basic (typically Plantronics brand) ones they hand out at call centers. It has no volume control for your mic, so you'll have to physically put the mic closer to your mouth for the people that say they can't hear you. The volume control for the earpiece is going to be on your phone - it's wired, so you can't go too far from your desk anyway. Sound quality is like any other headset or handset. I can't speak for the quality of the mic, but I've only had one out of a dozen or so callers say they can't hear me.

These are a great option for anyone needing an easier way to speak on the phone for longer periods of time.

Sound quality is good, people can hear what I'm saying and it's very comfortable! I work in a 911 center wearing it 12hrs ayy a time. Highly recommend

We use these at work for our Customer Service team! Other brands did not sound good, had customers mention it was like we were very far away when speaking to them however with these, the customers hear us loud and clear!

Works good...however I do get static

This works at the office. The only draw back is that I didn’t notice that you can’t put calls on hold or remotely answer on the headset, or control call volume. Not a huge deal but would have been a nice feature to have. Not sure how long it will last but it’s been good for the last month.
