Not OEM.
The cut that goes against the bar to install is parallel to the cross front chassis. This rubber bushing will spread out during specs torque. Not good at all. Bad design. That's my opinion and experienced.

Terrible Design
Split in the middle is poor design as this area spreads when installed and metal to metal contact occurs creating the clunking noise. Look for one with the offset split.
