Just what I was looking for. These are thin and crunchy and hold up nicely with things I put on them. Texture is not like a normal dry thick rice cake. Just enough crunch to fill a snack attack.

Rice cakes are not normally my first go to for a snack but these are pretty tasty plain or with toppings. If you need a low FODMAP snack these work well. I’ve seen some reviews stating they go stale quickly but once I open a package I put it in a ziploc bag.

A staple in our kitchen. Low calorie snack

I love having these around to snack on. Sometimes I just eat them plain and sometimes I put things on them or dip them in things. They are light, easy and nutritious. They work well with either sweet or savory flavors. Because they are so thin and airy and don’t have preservatives, they both break pretty easily and go stale quickly once opened. I agree with the company’s choice to wrap only a few at a time, even though I do generally prefer less packaging. At least each little bundle stays fresh until you open it. Once opened, I suggest you eat the whole pack within a few hours to keep the light crunchiness! One of my favorite things to do is drizzle with oil, like flaxseed or olive oil. I’ll also spread with avocado spread or put thinly sliced avocado on. Mashing the avocado on top doesn’t work very well because of their delicate nature. I do wish they cost less but they are good quality ingredients that make me feel good, so it’s worth it to keep some around. Enjoy!
