I’ve struggled with severe teeth grinding for over 30 years and even have to wear a guard during the daytime. These work fairly well to keep my teeth from damage while sleeping. The biggest downside is that they split lengthwise, sometimes after only one or two nights. Having said that, they are still a good value for the money. The night guard that I broke from the dentist cost $350. These are a much better alternative. I wish they would stop putting a case in every package. You only need one really to start. It's a waste. They should make a package of just mouth guards.

Read the directions and follow them. The directions are simple to follow and help give a better fit. Don't use without molding them or they will be uncomfortable and likely cause discomfort. I have been using these for years since radiation damage during treatment of head and neck cancer. I only clench my teeth I do not grind them. It is important to mold this guard! When molding I use my thumbs to mold it to my back teeth. These are reusable for about 1 month each before they breakdown, then are discarded in the trash. I purchase the thick guards as the thin didn't last as long. When molded they suppress headaches, tooth pain, jaw pain and cracking of teeth. I have used other products that are more expensive, but these have been just as effective and are of comparable quality. I will continue to buy these annually. I reccomend purchasing this product.

I have been wearing mouth guards at night for 8 years for my teeth grinding. I have always ordered ones from Amazon because they’re cheaper and work well, so I am very aware of how to mold them properly. The brand I bought prior was out of stock, so I bought these instead. Every. Single. One. Ripped after the first or second night. I thought the thick ones would be best so they’d last longer. In reality, they are just uncomfortable, are harder to mold, and can’t take more than 16 hours of use.

These are the only mouth guards that work for me. One mouth guard lasts about 1 month. Just depends sometimes 2 weeks. I' microwave, a cup of hot water. Use the little blue stick that comes with it. I dip it in very very hot water A microwave my cup for 3 minutes a coffee cup. But then i dip mold into h2o until it's almost see through the silicone or whatever material they used to make it. and then I put it directly in my mouth in front of a mirror. you line the little dip at the top. That would be where front teeth are when u put the hot mold in your mouth to shape. That little dip up lines up with the middle of your Little dip in your top lip and then you gently bite down. And you can use your fingers to push it and molded up around your teeth. I usually cut off the back ends. Where about my last 2 teeth on each side would be. that way It's not so hard on my jaw at night Time and I can get more air to breathe also. I feel it works better that way. A dentist actually told me that because. I was waking up with a sore jaw in the morning from biting down so hard in my sleep On this piece of plastic. Well so hard, it was making my back jaw, sore. it was a genius idea that worked perfectly. I wash the mold off in the morning with a toothbrush & a little rubbing alcohol to kill any bacteria. Some people just wash them off with toothpaste to kill any bacteria, whatever your preference is. Just make sure to rinse it really well!! Cool water. one time I did not rinse it really well and I had A little bit of rubbing alcohol sitting on my tongue at night and was stinging my tongue a little. I still do it the first way I just rinse it really well an it's fine. I highly recommend these. It's an excellent price. I go through 2 boxes in about a year. Which is in a good deal compared To not having to have any more teeth pulled or any more damage Done to my teeth from clenching at night. Clenching at night without using his mouth guard well My teeth were getting all chipped & broken & they were moving. I had to have 2 back teeth on each side of my mouth removed. Because I had impacted them & cracked them when you're asleep. If you have nightmares or bad dreams and if you've had any trauma, your body will automatically go into protective mode because you're sleeping and you won't even know it. And you'll be clenching your biting down way to hard. if your gums are white and Bumpy like cauliflower gums That's what the dentist called It then chances are you're clenching your teeth at night and not even knowing it. But I was having headaches and facial pain from doing that. I use these mouth guards and it has solved 95% of the issue of the problems maybe more I was having. I highly recommend these. It's been a life changer for me big time & saved the rest of my teeth. This Is it definitely A 5 star product, I have tried other brands. They don't work. Also they have a money back guarantee. The dentist tried to sell me a 5 to $700 mouth guard specially made I almost got it & then my friend told me she got one from the dentist. And it's exactly the same as these pretty much. But she ruined it and bit through it in about a month's time. I asked the dentist how long they usually lasted And she honestly answered said some people a month. And all that money would be wasted. So I would rather use these!! Which are not a big plasticity hard thing in your teeth your mouth When you're trying to sleep. You get used to It after a while and you don't even feel it in your mouth at night Time. especially if you cut off the sides where your two back teeth would be on each side. But this is my story & I'm sticking to it. This is my honest review. As descriptive as possible .It works and I've been using this product. The product has No hard plate at its bottom so it will mold both upper and lower teeth -- it comes out wrong. What is ideal is to only mold one side of the teeth, like upper teeth only, instead of both.

I have worn both a bottom and top night gard for years. I have never had a pair that was this comfortable. The fit is great and so is the protection for my teeth. They were easy to fit to my teeth. I don't yet know how long they will last. I will try to remember to update this listing.

Was afraid these would be TOO thick, but you can clamp down while moulding them to adjust that. Honestly they are great, does what's listed, and just being mindful of the instructions pretty fool proof.

Das Material ist angenehm ohne Geschmack und Geruch von der 1. Nacht an. Nur die mitgelieferte Dose bleibt nicht geschlossen und springt immer auf.
