Lushous and hot
Haven't tried this in cooking,but that would be a waiste of a most delissous hot sauce. It's a bit like Tabasco sauce but more flavoursome. Just drissle on your cooked breakfast or burger. Will buy again and again.

Tasty and hot, but balanced enough to put on anything
Will definately buy again and this is becomming something of a ketchup replacement in the house. We eat a lot of hot spicy stuff, so keeping that in mind I would give this a 5/10 on heat alone. Well rounded taste overall but heavy on the sourness, a little too much vinegar but the flavour of the chillies does come through very well.

Sorry, but raw vinegar taste and smell, not good at all.
All I could taste was raw vinegar with fiery heat. Even cooking it out could not get the raw vinegar taste and aroma out, so I was very disappointed in this product.

Food Poison
Stay away from purchasing this item. It the contents came open/unsealed and it's non-returnable. What a big con.

lovely heat with sharp tang
love it, i hate Scotch ?Bonnet usually, this stuff is great! Vinegary and sharp/tangy like youd expect without blowing your head off. With Friend chicken is best.
