Worked great, super simple. Two stage epoxy worked well to hold the shell, beard, and spurs in place.

Looks great up on the wall. Was awesome to create my own fan mount out of my first turkey. The wood finished could be better. I found it to scratch easy being that it is a slim laminate type of coating over a piece of partical board. I'm happy with it but I might go a different route on the next one I do.

Pretty nice little kit. Easy to put together

I used this to mount my first turkey fan, it works very well. It mounts very easily, this might be my inexperience in mounting these but the fan is pressed tight against the wall after I hung it up. It looks ok (despite the damage to the fan itself) in other cases it might put pressure on the fan, and cause damage after mounting.

It is pressed board with a laminate over top. Works fine, no complaints.

I cannot give 5 stars for price and overall quality, it's obviously cheap.. but hey, not too shabby! Looks pretty good on the wall, it was really easy to put it all together and I'm pretty well satisfied. A rectangular metal plate is provided for engraving but I didn't like the 1/8th thick white foam backing I just tore that right off and I plan to use probably contact cement to adhere the plate to the mount after engraving. A lot of people complained about the length of the screw through the tail, but it seemed alright to me. Than again this is my first but yeah that was a good inch and a 1/2" at least and well I used a hot glue gun to secure everything in the first place so that extra screw must've made it good and solid and should've made contact with the front face. I'm satisfied at least with the turn out, looks good enough for me!
