Error code 90 bricked this device in less than 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time on this.

The AmFam version requires the Hedge app
This camera only works with 2.4 networks. However, even when attempting to connect to a 2.4 network, the camera times out every time. I got mine for free from american states insurance, but it's still a waste of money since I had to pay for shipping and waste an afternoon messing with it. I already have nest (dropcam) and arlo, so don't really need it anyways. Updated: I contacted Neos and they said since I got the camera from American Family Insurance, I need to use the Hedge Protect app instead of the Neos app. Nowhere in the packaging was that mentioned. Anyways I got the Hedge app and the setup wizard screens seem identical to the Neos app, but this time the camera actually connects. So that's good. However when viewing in live mode, it has a lot if trouble connecting (black screen) and I have to restart the app. Technically it's connected now, but we'll see. 10 second clips aren't very useful. My Arlo has 30 second clips. I put a micro SD card in it in order to record continuously (which is a useful option) but it seems it can only be accessed by removing the card and putting it in a computer. My dropcam/nest has it available from the app or website (although I'm paying a monthly fee for that).

Event recording NOT WORKING
I have had this camera with cam plus extra service for over 10 months. It has never worked correctly. I have spent HOURS in phone calls,chats and emails with no success! I would NOT recommend this to anyone
