can this be used in srteet automobiles?....where to pour it?

Be VERY careful with this stuff. You dont pour it anywhere! You put a very small amount on a rag and carefully clean your throttle body on your car. Dont be pushing around on the throttle body or you will break it like I did mine. Easy does it with this stuff!

Is this safe for plastics?

i wouldn't use it on plastic. It could discolor the plastic or weaken it

can i use this through a vacuum tube? like how some carbon clean products are used

We recommend cleaning the throttle body with this product. For other engine cleaning purposes we recommend our Motor Treatment, Top Engine Cleaner, or our GDI IVD Cleaner.

Can this work to clean the mass air flow too, what would be the difference for throttle vs MAF?

May leave residue. Lectro clean or electronic cleaner leaving no residue is better.
