These are a great value compared to other brands. I take them with my ADHD meds and/or caffeine and they really make a difference without driving down my blood pressure too much. Combined with good nutrition and hydration, L-theanine can really help you get into a relaxed state whenever you want throughout the day. Would highly recommend for anyone with anxiety or who has to take stimulants.

I’ve wanted to find a more natural way to reduce stress and anxiety.. L-Theanine has little to no side effects and is overall quite safe. NOW Foods is GMP certified and UL certified so I know I’m getting what they are saying without any unknown adulterants. As for its effectiveness, I’ve found it has helped me to relax more and is part of my sleep time ritual. I fall asleep faster and better. My daughter has also taken it with great results.

Love this product! There are many benefits to this supplement but one that has really stood out for me is the quieting of my ruminating mind during the night. Before taking this, I would try and solve the problems of the world. My daughter suggested I try this and I went into taking it thinking that there is no way in the world that it would work to quiet my mind besides the health benefits. Well, I can say I was proven wrong. If/when I wake up, I can easily go right back to sleep. If something comes up that before I'd spend an hour ruminating on, I can very easily tell myself I'll deal with it during the day. Kind of freaky how this supplement helps with that but I love it. This is my second bottle and I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't a thing!

Can be tough to get down is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars.. otherwise I have had no abdominal discomfort or G.I. discomfort. And it honestly works like a charm. I now sleep through the night with very rare occasions waking up at my typical 3 AM. I experienced no grogginess the next day..

Honestly had low expectations considering it’s a supplement but saw people talking about its effects on tik tok so thought I’d give it a try. & WOW! Game changer! I work a high stress job and notice when I take these supplements in the AM with caffeine my thoughts are more clear, I feel more patient and level headed. I feel like my stress hormones are a lot lower. I also tend to feel more anxious right before my menstrual cycle and noticed my pre menstrual symptoms have lessened (not completely subsided but better). Also I have not noticed any side effects. I plan to continue these supplements as long as possible. Will update at 3 months of consistent use.

Calms the caffeine coffee jitters and transforms it into a zen like focus, worked from the first pill. Helps anxiety also and general calmness, feel like it has promoted better sleep and dreams.

Too expensive

I genuinely cried after taking this supplement for the first time ..I was not fidgeting anymore nor qas my anxiety spiking up. I've never felt so calm in my life .i dont start overthinking before i sleep , my mind calms easily.It didn't take away every problem I have but it indeed improve my mood and life quality ❤️

Taking it was a coffee really makes it great and the 200 mg dosage does seem for me at leas for me seem very suitable to get the desired effect
