These are great for nighttime jogs! They fit over just about anything with their adjustable straps. The quality is excellent for what you pay for. They will definitely add an extra layer of safety and visibility if you are crossing or walking down roads at night.

I feel safer walking the dogs after dark with these reflective straps over my clothes. I ordered large to make sure I could wear the straps over my largest winter coat. The straps are fully adjustable, to fit in summer (shorts & tank top) too.

No LED bells and whistles on this vest. It’s just a simple reflective vest that goes around your body. I’m a 5 foot 8 male that weighs 175lbs and it fits perfectly. Straps can be easily adjusted to make the right fit. I’ve gotten in the habit of always wearing this on runs because I live in the city and do both daytime and nighttime jogs. It’s identical in build quality to the US Army PT belts I used to wear before retiring from the Army. Very affordable and gets the job done. I have no complaints on the quality. I expect it to last many years with regular use.
