The measurements don’t add up, what is 22g of olive oil and 55g of water?

The one I use us the rustic bread mix. I use 500 grams of the mix, 500g water, no oil. The company are very helpful if you contact them. I love this bread but didn’t like the soft roll mix so much.

Can it be made with baking powder rather than yeast?

hi baking Powder will make it quite dense - however if you are wanting this as a flat bread/ pizza base - use baking powder and yoghurt - let it hydrate for aprox 10 mins before rolling out and using a hot skillet to cook for aprox 3-5 mins each side - for flatbread use garlic oil+coriender to baste for pizza- add toppings and place in over (very hot) for few minutes to finish off
