Well Built and Bigger Than You Think.
I am able to fit a 2 cameras - a DSLR and a Mirrorless each with a zoom lens in the pack with a little extra room at the top for a few smaller accessories. The build is solid like the rest of Lowepro's gear. There is no rain hood - which would have been a nice accessory. Two cameras with lenses is a bit heavy but the pack fits pretty comfortably. At this price point - this is worth the money.

The Big Small Bag
Lowepro really doesn’t get much ( if anything) wrong. Storage is good for traveling “light”. The bag is easily stashed out of the way. Yes you have to remove the backpack to access your camera, but that is an easy task. Straps are comfortable. I have not carried it for an extended period, but they are well-padded and should not be uncomfortable. They can also be easily adjusted. Likewise, the internal configuration can be easily modified. The bag is pretty versatile. I use a full-frame DSLR ( yes in 2025), and it fits nicely with two extra lenses. I have not tested it with a 300 lens, but a 70-200 lens would easily fit once attached to the camera body. There is a nice internal compartment for accessories like extra batteries and cleaning pens. There is also a compartment for a tablet, cleaning pen and SD cards. Looking forward to many years of use.

Packing Smart: A Compact FPV Setup Inside the Lowepro Tahoe BP 150
I didn’t want a big backpack. I wanted something simple, compact, and reliable — something that could carry my full FPV setup without feeling like I was hauling unnecessary weight. That’s when I decided to try the Lowepro Tahoe BP 150. My goal has always been the same: keep everything packed in the smallest setup possible. My gear is straightforward but complete — DJI Neo 2, Goggles N3, FPV controller, three batteries, and the essential cables. Nothing extra. Everything intentional. The first time I packed the bag, I noticed how light it felt. Even before putting gear inside, it already matched the minimalist approach I prefer. Once loaded, the backpack stayed balanced and comfortable. It didn’t pull on my shoulders, and it didn’t feel bulky. I could move freely — walking, commuting, or heading out for a quick flight session. What surprised me most was the organization. The adjustable dividers made it easy to create dedicated spaces for each piece of gear. The goggles stayed protected, the controller had its place, and the batteries were secure. Everything felt tight, clean, and efficient — exactly how a compact setup should feel. This isn’t a heavy-duty expedition backpack, and it’s not trying to be. It’s a practical everyday bag. The padding is solid, the materials feel durable, and the zippers are reliable. It protects my gear from normal bumps and light weather, which is what most real-world use actually requires. There are limitations, of course. If my gear collection grows, space will become tight. And if someone needs maximum protection or room for large equipment, this probably won’t be enough. But for a compact FPV setup, it hits the sweet spot. After using it consistently, my conclusion is simple. The Lowepro Tahoe BP 150 does exactly what I need it to do. It keeps my gear organized. It stays comfortable to carry. And most importantly, it supports a true lightweight workflow. It’s not flashy. It’s not oversized. It’s just dependable — and sometimes that’s exactly what you want.

Perfect size and weight for smaller frames
Very lightweight. Plenty of room for multiple lenses, camera body, filters, batteries, etc., and plenty of pockets and removable dividers. Comfortable to wear while hiking, as straps are soft and the weight evenly distributes. Plenty of padding to protect equipment.

Almost a great small camera backpack
A few things to note about this backpack. It is pretty small and wont hold a bunch of gear. The camera and lenses in the stock photo are smallish so if you have "pro" gear it will be tight. The bag is nice quality though. Lowepro makes good products for the price. The only reason for knocking 1 star off is that the zipper compartment above the camera body does not come out. You can un-velcro part of it to make it a larger section but can't remove it. This would be a great starter bag if you could remove that and have more space for camera/lenses.

Great small bag that can carry a lot of gear
I am posting a quick review on this bag. I hike in the Fakahatchee Swamp and also enjoy photographing wild horses in North Dakota. In both these areas I use walking sticks because of the difficult terrain. In the swamp I am in knee deep water and in ND it is rocky mountainous terrain. I wanted a very small backpack that would free up my hands for walking poles. I kept seeing reviews with a pouch sewn into the top of the bag. The bag dimensions seem correct, but I did not want the zippered pouch. I purchased this bag and immediately went to work on the pouch with my handy scalpel knife (also from Amazon). It was easy to remove the pouch and the bag is now fully open. It is shown in my photographs with a Nikon Z8, a 1.4 teleconverter, and a 70-200 lens attached and a 24 -120 lens along side. There is obviously a lot of room still left for additional items. I own a half dozen other bags that cost 6 times as much. All have a purpose. This little LowePro is great for carrying a lot of camera gear in a small package. If I remove the 70-200 I can replace it with a 500mmPF or a 100-400 Nikon zoom lens. It would also work well with camera bodies such as a D500 or most mirrorless cameras. The new Nikon 180-600 may also fit. This is a handy bag to have available and you can not beat the quality and the price if you are thinking "small" ! See photos included.

Great case for travel when you don't want to bring the kitchen sink along.
I have owned a few LowePro cases over the years. This is replacing a Slingshot 250 that I never really loved due to the single strap putting all of the weight in one spot on your shoulder. This case is nice and compact. I can fit my Z7, 40mm, 24-70 f/4, and 50-250 zoom, some accessories, along with a 12" Samsung Galaxy S7+ tablet. It fit great under the airline seat on my first trip with it. Build quality seems similar to my previous LowePro bags... which means top notch. It was nice and comfortable while wearing... I am 6-3 and it felt tiny compared to my other bags. I do wish this was an "AW" bag with the built in rain cover that other LowePro bags offer, which is nice when you are hiking and bad weather shows up.

Love this bag!
I love this bag so much! I shoot car shows and drift and needed a small bag to fit the essentials. This is perfect! I love that it has some side pockets so I can keep a bottle of water with me on track. The side buckles are great for keeping my monopod held up tight against the bag. It has plenty of space to shove lenses, microphones, lens wipes, extra batteries, SD cards, and anything you would need for a day of shooting. I really throw this thing around on the drift track and it has held up to my abuse for over a year. I accidentally dropped it once and it seems to be very well padded so my lenses and camera were fine. Overall, I think this is a great value and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I actually bought this because of a recommendation from a fellow photographer.

Super practical
this is a very practical, compact and strong camera bag. It also has a removable bag on the inside, which I use to store my filters, extra batteries, ... I take a dslr camera, a flash, extra batteries, filters, and all sorts of little accessories that I need on my photography walks. The smaller pockets at the front are useful for keeping your phone, wallet, even a small tablet.
