Creme color not reddish brown finger millet flour
Was expecting brownish red finger millet.. Never seen this cream colored one. Will try making some ‘wimbi’ porridge, hope I like it.. will update. Miller is versatile therefore I might add some brown teff flour to it, as the cream/white color may skew my rating.. Hope the flavor and texture is on point.

Great value.
The Loopy Whisk is a great website and channel for gluten free cooking. Many of her recipes call for millet flour. We tried some substitutes, but they weren’t what we hoped for. Millet flour Is difficult to find in-store, so we came here and found this to be a tremendous product. We will be purchasing from here going forward. Highly recommend.
