If you are looking for a quick and easy one day cover up for white hairs, then this will definitely work. I have included a photo collage that shows my hair before applying the product, immediately after styling after using the product, and the next day after washing my hair. I'm giving it five stars because it says it is not meant to cover grays, so the fact that it does I feel warrants five stars even if the results only last for one day. I applied according to instructions and let it sit for approximately 10 minutes. I also did it where I waited for 30 minutes and had similar results, but I did not take photos then. I feel like the second day had a little more color and had it washed out completely but by day two it was completely gone. I've applied the product three times now and have used a quarter of the bottle, so if you have just a few patches of white hair, then one bottle will last you for approximately 12 to 15 applications. I used dark blonde, as I wanted my whites to blend in with my professionally done highlights that have grown out. This is a great product if you have just started going white and you're not sure if you want to make a permanent change. Or if you have white hair and you don't want to do anything permanent but you want to change it up for an event or a photo session. It also does a great job of conditioning your hair.

I love how soft it makes my hair feel! I was nervous about it tinting my hands during use, so I used gloves the first time. I didn’t use gloves the second use and was able to wash any color off my hands easily. Easy to use and love the subtle color it adds to my hair!

I was hoping to get back to my natural dark blonde shade, after bleaching my hair, I thought this gloss was the way to go to get darker. Boy was I wrong. It turned my light ashen blond hair to an Orange mess. It also destroyed the protein bonds of my hair and it started breaking badly, could not comb through without breaking and I needed a keratin treatment after cutting off 4 inches to fix the complete disaster this left. Since it's in such bad shape I can't even die my roots and Can only use blue Toning products to take down the orange. If your hair is bleached light blond and not in perfect shape don't use it!

I ordered the dark blonde to try to enhance the highlights in my light brown hair. Unfortunately it doesn't leave much color deposit. Hair feels soft and looks shiny after using, but nothing special.

I am currently in the process of getting back to my natural hair color after being platinum blonde for 2 years!!! I recently went to a stylist and she made me hair look absolutely amazing!!! As expected and she also explained because my base is basically all bleached that the color would wash out easily and the blonde would be again noticeable soon, after a couple of washes after my salon visit I noticed a lot more blonde in my hair again which is obviously no one’s fault but just the process of growing out bleach but I discovered this product and it really helped tone down the bleached parts and made me feel happy with the work she did on my hair, personally I do not mind re applying often since I am used to using purple shampoo but I would imagine a product only left on hair for 3-20mins would wash out quick. Also I completed washed my hair to clean and seriously rung out ALl the water completely even did a towel twist mid shower to ensure my hair was DAMP, I sectioned my hair and applied evenly from root to tips the process probably took around 15-30mins and I let the product sit for an extra 10 minutes. Definitely helpful when you’re trying to cut back on salon visits. I mixed light brown and dark blonde to achieve my desired shade.

I have naturally darkish dishwater blonde hair. I wanted a product to help me grow out lightened coloring without damaging the new hair coming in. I bought Dark Blonde. I think I need the next darker color- maybe light brown? I went by other people's recommendations. Looks like I'll get 4 uses out of the bottle. I have long hair - about 5 inches past shoulders. The first try I went 10 minutes after washing hair, not knowing what to expect. No noticeable difference in color but very soft and shiny. Second use I sprayed hair damp. Left on 20 minutes. Slight color change. Soft and shiny. Third use, sprayed damp and 30 minutes. Hair definitely more honey colored than the light blonde highlights. So to summarize, definitely a nice conditioner/glosser. I need a darker color next time. I do think $35 is a bit much for 4 applications.

I bought Dark Blonde. I am in my late 50’s and have started to see some greys peak in. The bigger problem for me was my roots were beginning to appear lighter than the rest of my hair and that made my hair look like it was thinning. I did not want to continue with highlights and bayalage. I just wanted my hair to blend. I have shoulder length hair. I used about 1/6 of the bottle. I heavily coated my just washed & conditioned wet hair by section, focused on the roots. I left it on for 25 minutes. My hair now looks shiny, healthy and blended. I can still see glints of silver but they are subdued and pretty. The color overall is well blended. No red or brassy tones. Exactly the outcome I wanted. Would recommend.

If you need to tone down yellow highlights this product is the best! Turned my bright yellow highlights into a beautiful light caramel that matches my dark brown hair. Easy to use and wasn’t a drastic change, toned down my highlights a shade or 2.

It's ok , I wanted it to tone down some blonde highlights I've half grown out , they have turned them a warm caramel Blonde which is ok , wouldn't say there dark blonde but still looks better than did before, it's Abit expensive for the results I got .

I paint this onto my greys on dry hair, leave it for 30 mins, then hop in the shower and wet my hair before spreading it around and leaving it for another 3 mins. I wash my hair after. It blends greys really well, and lasts over a week. I have highlights in light brown hair and a few greys in the front. The dark blond turns my hair a sort of strawberry blond. I’ve used it 3 times now and I have a half a bottle left. My hair is just past my shoulders. I don’t want to dye my hair or cover my greys all the time, so this works well for me. I find it conditioning.

I LOVE this product as a deep-conditioner. It leaves the hair feeling so silky soft and healthy. The color depositing formula makes for a subtle change, so don’t expect anything too crazy. It does exactly what it claimed to, and is well worth the money!

Extremely disappointed. Purchased this hoping it would darken my hair even the slightest and it didn’t change anything even after 30 mins. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend. If I could give it zero stars I would have.
