Design Toscano Tissue Box Cover - King TUT Egyptian Tissue Box Holder - Toilet Tissue Box

Love this design, but the factory paint-work is a bit thin or missing on various parts of the engraved details. Nothing difficult to remedy with a few model-paints and a fine paint-brush. Over-all very satisfied with this handsome tissue-box cover!

I like the design, but the painting job was very sloppy. There was somekind of paint spilt over the face and in the eyes of the object. Luckily l could wipe it off with some AJAX cleaner. All is good now. Hopefully mine was a one off bad painting job. After all the design is amusing.

Whats not to like pulling tissues out of Tut's nose. Fits smaller kleenex boxes. Goes well with my Easter Island nose box.

The quality of the product is disappointing. It arrived dismantled, due to poor workmanship. However, the company was very accommodating in offering a full refund without any hassle.

I teach world history and this item has been in my room for 10 years taking everything 6th graders can dish out. Absolutely a must have; someone always names the kleenex " brain tissue" and if you know anything about mummies and how brains were removed, you get it. Great

As far as price goes - and nearly £25's not to be sneezed at(!) - hideously overpriced, £12.50 would be more the mark. Plus side - substantial feel to it and colours go extremely well in my living room and complement other King Tut/Egyptian items, plus fits most tissue box sizes I'd guess. Minus side - no base to this, it literally is just a cover you place over a tissue box, also someone slopped glue down one side when affixing face to box (which may or may not come off, if I try to remove it later). That said, the real priceless gold mask was recently damaged and then repaired with superglue by the terrified culprit, so what do I expect with resin and twenty five quid.....?! If you're feeling flush it's okay - but disappointing, if I'm honest.

Bought for sister big Egyptian fan she loved it hard to mount with no hinge but easy to just lay on the counter
