The product arrived 5 days earlier and in good condition. It tested and was working well. Well packaged and safely delivered on time. This company (IT Superstore -MKB Technology is serious about what they do and sell. I am planning to place additional servers from them with some HDDs. I will recommend you to any company or person who is looking for a server.

Great product and all what it said it was. Excellent for a home lab. R730 is noisy as hell, fans will drives you crazy, hope you can put it somewhere away from you and with air conditioning.

Did not look like what it did in the picture. Missing drives out of 6 slots. Does not have HDMI adapter as posted in description. Have to wait for an adapter to hook up monitor to see if it even boots

The server was in good condition. It had an NDC absent error and I was able to reach support to get a new one sent out. Support was very rushed in conversation but was fast to get replacement out. I received replacement NDC in4 days. Exact same card as what was in the box, just doesn't fit properly. I spent an hour trying to get it to fit. Not the first time I replaced an NDC and this was not going to fit no matter what. I returned it just to be safe. Should have been caught before shipped. Amazon renewal is a gamble to say the least. Provided pics to show how much it is off. There is no way to fit the card, the card in the server was exactly the same, not able to seat in the slot, just bolted down.

I received my PowerEdge R730 today. This server was clean and everything was packaged perfectly, it were like unboxing a new server. They were out of 6TB drives so they upgraded me to 12TB drives, so that works out well. It came pre-installed with windows server; and customer support was a pleasure to work with. Machine seems to be running very well. Would buy from this vendor again.

I purchased 2 of these. They arrived quickly and were as described. I was able to contact the seller and even get a memory upgrade prior to shipping. I had an issue with one of the units. I called the support number listed on the unit. I was very surprised when an actual human answered and helped me resolve the issue quickly.

I received this product two days ago and have not been very impressed. For starters, the box was very beat up and partially coming apart when it came off the UPS truck. I inspected the server before booting and found that one of the CPU heat sinks had been bent pretty significantly. The memory configuration was not as listed either. Instead of 8x16gb I received 2x64gb sticks. On first boot up, one hard disk threw an error. I ran the dell lifecycle assessment and it reported an EFI Smart Predictive Failure. At this point I contacted Amazon and explained the situation. Amazon offered a return and refund but I told them I would rather get a replacement drive if that was an option. They gave me a phone number for the seller. I tried calling the seller yesterday and received no answer. The number was forwarded to a cell phone voicemail. I decided to load up proxmox on the server anyway and install a couple VMs to test out. After less than 24hours a second hard drive failed completely. Tried to contact the company again but received no answer. Left a voicemail but have not heard back yet.
