Will this work on upvc window frames

I use it for getting very sticky labels off metal and plastic. I have tried paint on windows and yes good for that. The blades may become dull with constant use, but they are plastic so to be expected

It is made of plastic so it shouldn’t damage your car’s paintwork if the scraping is done carefully enough. Maybe you should also look for a sticky residue remover that you could apply first. You would have to test it first to avoid damage. Personally I’ve never had any problems with these types of products.
