Really good hernia belt. Comfortable. Easy to fit and stays in place. There is even a cushion pad which sits on the hernia. Recommended.

It is very effective, good velcro fastener, would have preferred a deeper belt, it's not clear in the pics but does its job.

I've tried several belts to hold my umbilical hernia which just gets bigger. The main problem is that they roll up into a narrow band and become ineffective. This has vertical ribs which prevents that roll up and makes it the best one. I wear it over a vest for comfort from any prickly bits. My gripe, which prevented 5 stars, is that to fit it I have to pull holding the velcro which means my hand is in the way, What would help is the velcro set back allowing about 50mm to get hold of, it seems so obvious.

Great support, fairly narrow, tight yet flexible. Comfortable and a reasonable price.
