Shipping is poor

I have had to return one package already and the new one came damaged just like the first one. It is a very sensitive item and keeps coming smashed because it is shipped wrong. The product itself, is great. Easy to use and simple to prepare and mark what is what. Just when you order it, tell them to put it IN A BOX instead of inside a plastic packaging that someone can smash the little pods in it. Not happy with the shipping on this at all!!!

These blister packs do not stay sealed so you end up will pills out of place and falling out. Will not buy this brand again.
