If you have not tried this makeup remover now is the perfect time. Removes everything, even mascara ! I have sensitive skin and this product does not irritate it at all.

People aren't kidding when they say the cap sucks. I've ordered this product before and the cap was loose and some of it had leaked out in transit, but the make up remover worked so well that I was willing to get it again. This time apparently the cap wasn't even good enough to stay on, completely fell off in transit so the box was soaked and there was nothing left in the bottle by the time it got to me. The solution really does work great, but if you're going to get it, recommend at least getting it in store rather than shipped.

Used this for years. really like it and results. HOWEVER< this past order a few days arrived and 25-30% of product had leaded from the bottle. Box (w/ NO packaging) had absorbed leakage. But paying $36 for 6.7% OZ and 30% of it has evaporated due to poor bottle cap....that's ALOT of shrinkage. NOT GOOD. I'm not asking for anything except better QA on container holding the product and the packaging of product to arrive with 100% of product in tact.

This product is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. I was stunned by how little I needed to use to rid my entire face of makeup! It was incredibly easy to use (just put a little on a cotton rounds and wiped my face.) My mascara is incredibly hard to remove, but it cut through and wiped off in just one stroke! Plus my eyes weren't burning after wiping the lashes. I did still wash my face because I felt like it left a bit of a residue. I used to use Garnier minceller water, but it still took some scrubbing to get my mascara off and left my eyes stinging and irritated, and I had to use significantly more product to get all of my makeup off. I didn't notice any fragrance with the Clinique, and since I didn't have to scrub at my face, it was super gentle. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase and will buy again!

This is the only eye make up remover that doesn’t irritate my eyes. It even helps if my eyes are sore in the morning from allergies… I’ll never use anything else!
