Iron Gummies

I struggle with anemia and should be taking different pills but they hurt my stomach, cause constipation, and taste like a mouthful of blood for hours after I swallow them. These gummies aren't very grape tasting, the texture is a bit different than a traditional gummy, and there is a slight blood taste while chewing. I still recommend these 100%. The aftertaste is gone within a minute of chewing them, and I have none of the side effects of other formulations. It may not be ideal for some but so much better than anything else I've tried so I'm sticking with them.

I have extreme Anemia and iron supplements tend to make me sick. I know many women have this issue. I tried these, and they are GREAT! They taste good, you can eat several and no feel sick and it helped to raise my iron for the first time in years.

I have bought these many times. I am not in love with the “metal” taste; but I guess that just comes with the territory with Iron. Otherwise, the flavor is good.

Check the date because the bottle I purchased exploded when I took off the cap blew the sealed topper off.

Rating is 5 stars because they work in raising iron levels. I’m a regular O- blood donor and my iron would sometimes be too low to donate. Once I started taking these, my levels have consistently increased by 2 grams. So far, I’ve purchased them 4 times. They do taste funky so I take them prior to other gummies to mask the flavor. They do stick together, but I store them upside down and they dispense easily that way. Additionally, I’ve never experienced any nausea. I will continue to purchase these!

I tried taking these on 3 different occasions, hoping that the gummy version would be an incentive to take a supplement my doctor recommended. The texture is off putting-much softer than a normal gummy. The flavor is disgusting. Extremely metallic tk the point it makes my teeth hurt. Aftertaste of blood. Do not recommend, I'm gunna have to get rid of them and stick with swallowing a small pill instead.

I’ve tried these entirely (taking my last 2 today) and unfortunately I don’t think these made a real difference. I’ve had days using them and days without, however I was pretty consistent with use and felt no difference on days I took them and days I didn’t. I felt way better when eating actual dates or iron rich foods such as red meat, to where it was a game changer. These gummies never made me feel close to what eating foods with high iron actually does. I don’t know if I just received maybe a defective batch, because I was pretty hopeful with the such high reviews this has. My container also ended up having gummies that stuck together into one big ball, so everyday I had to take a fork or metal straw to remove them from each other to get single gummies. Not the end of the world but was definitely annoying. This is my 2nd time ordering these and I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing. Taste is okay which was important to me, doesn’t taste bad. Make sure you chew thoroughly before swallowing.

I’ve been taking these for two years. I’m not sure why people say they have a metallic or blood aftertaste. I don’t find that at all. There’s not that much iron in them to cause that! I think they’re great.
