I was a bit skeptical about this tablet. I wasn't familiar with the brand, but the specifications were what I needed to run my CAD program (full-blown similar to AutoCAD), and the price was great. I realize that tablets are getting to be more sophisticated and powerful, but I still wasn't completely convinced. But sure enough, I was able to work remotely while traveling, which is what I needed. The quality is great. I had a little trouble connecting to a monitor, and the keyboard is so tiny, my normal keyboard shortcuts were not in the right places, but hey, still a great little tablet.

I bought this tablet for my wife, worked really well when we first got it, then it got to the point where it was hard getting it to come on. After a chat with Tech Support, i was told to try the power on and Vol- buttons at the same time, came right on. Performance wise, this is really good for general web surfing, email, shopping (a little too good), and playing games on line. Graphics are nice and good camera.

I bought this tablet to be used as a book reader and casual game device. After only four months of light usage, the charging port does not work. Device is useless if you can't charge it! I contacted Jumper three days ago via email and a message on their site. Absolutely no reply. Spend your money on a quality product, not this junk! Update - If I could lower my rating I would! One response from Jumper asking about my charger five days ago. Responded immediately that the problem was the charging port not the charger. No response since. Customer support is non existant!

Got this laptop because it was a touchscreen/keyboard combination with a decent memory. I was replacing a broken iPad that I used in combination with an older heavy laptop. I really like how much lighter this Jumper laptop is with only a slightly smaller screen then my older laptop. The computer worked well until 1 month and 4 days after receiving it. The laptop then would not take or retain a charge . Since it was over one month, I had to contact Jumper regarding the issue. They had me return the unit for a new one. The new laptop works well also and so far the charging is not a problem. (The adaptor plugs in more securely on this one) I really appreciate that Jumper handled this for me, and in a very timely fashion. I had not heard of this brand prior to purchasing this laptop but would now recommend this product/company.

This tablet was perfect for what I needed - it's connecting to a quilting system and had to be a windows tablet. I didn't want to purchase a Surface tablet when it's not going to be used much other than on a mount attached to my quilting machine. It runs perfectly and was an excellent value.

I like the notebook. It is easy to easy and efficient. However, it is very slow. Also, the attached screen appears to be sensitive. Overall, I do like it and it is very convenient. Not sure if I will purchase it again. Great value for your money.

I purchased this Laptop/Tablet because the reviews made it sound so great for the money. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience... I found the touchscreen to be laggy and didn't register my touches immediately at times. I also found that when I played even the most basic of games it would also lag (which was the main reason I purchased it anyway...). Very disappointed for what seemed like plenty of computing power for my very basic needs...

I love Jumper 2 n 1 laptop. The only thing I didn't like is there is no Ethernet port. So I will have to buy another computer but good for around the house lodging around.
