Super delicious! I'm on my third bottle of this. It typically lasts me 3-4 years, well beyond the "best by" date. For such a high quality oil, I find it to be a good value. It smells and tastes heavenly. It's a perfect size for my use. Sometimes I keep it in the refrigerator to help preserve it, since I don't use that much of it that often. But it keeps pretty well in a non-refrigerated cabinet, if you prefer. We love this in a sauce/marinade I make with soy sauce, rice vinegar, freshly microplaned ginger, minced/planed garlic, mirin (or sake & a little bit of added sugar). It's delicious on fish, chicken, or just about anything you can think of. The savory flavor of the toasted sesame oil really elevates it. Be aware that toasted sesame oil doesn't have a very high smoke point, and high heat destroys the delicate flavor anyway. Keep the heat down, or add a little bit more after removing from heat.

This roasted peanut oil I got for Chinese cooking, but it turned out so spectacular I use it for all sweet leaning uses. Not for Italian as olive oil but for many others...fragrant in flavor like sesame oil only its roasted peanut...a fine treat. I would not buy the regular peanut oil, but when I saw this, I had to get it and the roasted peanut was an incredible surprise flavor. Hopefully this company stays in business because they seem to be the only ones who have it. Will get the large vat size to be sure I have some.

This sesame oil tastes and smells very fragrant of toasted sesame seeds and smells very aromatic. I have tried other brands, and found myself disappointed and not impressed with the flavor or aroma of their sesame oils. I will keep purchasing this high quality product in the future!!! Great value for the size of the bottle, also. I can tell only high quality ingredients are being used.

This sesame oil tastes and smells amazing! I put a little of this oil on the boogie tuna brand il tonnino, no mayo, just a drizzle of this sesmae oil and some toasted sesame seeds--- its soooo good! Its tastes like ahi tuna! I have also quickly fried up shrimp ion this oil and they taste delicious- the whole house smelled amazing!

I picked up this roasted peanut oil mainly for an Asian style kale salad we make at home, and it has been great for that. The flavor is warm and nutty without being heavy, and it mixes really well with rice vinegar, soy sauce, or anything with a little sweetness. A small amount goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than I expected. The texture is smooth and the smell is exactly what you want from a roasted peanut oil. It adds depth without taking over the entire dish. I have also tried it in a quick stir fry and it handled medium to higher heat without burning. There is nothing complicated about it. It is a clean tasting oil with a strong enough peanut note to make a simple salad dressing taste better. Bottom line: Excellent roasted peanut flavor and perfect for salads, dressings, and quick cooking. It has become a regular pantry item for us.
